Terms & Conditions - Retail Stores

Qualifications: Must be a retail craft store with regular store hours. We reserve the right to confirm prior to shipment. Must have a telephone and checking account listed in the name of the business. Must maintain good credit standing.

Minimums: $50.00 Minimum Order. Orders under $75.00 add $5.00 invoicing charge. All minimums are net value, not retail price.

Freight Policy: Free freight on orders of $150.00 net value on direct store shipments within the contiguous U.S.

If you need to speak directly to a salesperson, you may call (800) 232-5272, Monday thru Friday, 8:30am until 5:00pm Central Standard Time.

Payment Terms: 1% 10, net 30 on approved credit. 1% discount will not be allowed if payment is not postmarked within 10 days of invoice. Payment in U.S. funds only.

Late Charges: Interest charges will be assessed to all account balances over 45 days from the date of invoice at the rate of 1 1/2% per month. Past due accounts will be put on credit hold or COD basis until account balance is current and credit is reviewed. Accounts placed for collection will be liable for any and all collection fees and/or court costs incurred.

Discrepancies: All shortages or errors must be reported within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

Returns: Please call for Return Material Authorization prior to returning product. A minimum restocking charge of $5.00 or 10% of return value will be applied to merchandise ordered in error by customer. No returns or exchanges are allowed past 30 days. Items must be in their original condition for return.
